Most of our breast augmentation patients are concerned about whether they will have scars on their breasts after their surgery. That’s a natural concern, but it doesn’t have to be. At Destin Plastic Surgery, I use the No Scar on the Breast incision for our breast augmentation patients. This technique allows you to enjoy your natural-looking results quickly without marks on your breasts that will need to fade and flatten over time.
Wondering how this is possible? The technique uses a transaxillary incision under the arm, allowing me to place the implant in the breast without leaving a scar on the breast itself. Our procedure is more accurate than other breast augmentation mastopexy because I use a fiber optic camera and can see the area of surgery at 10x magnification. The before and after photos below show how breast augmentation transformed our patients’ bodies.

This 33-year-old patient wanted to enhance her breast size with implants that suited her fit body. I used the No Scar on the Breast technique to insert saline implants, increasing her cup size and giving her beautiful results that fit her frame and lifestyle.

This patient had naturally slender contours and wanted to look curvier. Her 220 cm saline implants added volume to her breasts without looking unnatural, and she fills out tops much better. After her breast augmentation, she is ready to show off her results in fun clothing and a new swimsuit!

This petite 24-year-old patient was unhappy with her breast size, wanting fuller breasts that better fit her frame. Her 330 cm saline implants took her from an A cup to a C cup and gave her a softer and more feminine appearance. With a No Scar on the Breast augmentation, she can wear skimpier clothing without worrying about her incision scars showing.

Case 133
This lovely 23-year-old patient wanted to fill out her tops better with fuller breasts. She chose silicone gel implants for natural-looking results. During her consultation, I took some time to understand her goals and assess her needs so I could give her the safe, beautiful results she was looking for. I used 350 cm implants in both breasts, transforming her A-cup breasts into C cups.
